Building on my knowledge, I designed a range of services for TQ.

TQ stands for Transformation Quotient. Similar to the Intelligence Quotient (IQ), the TQ assesses the future readiness of your organization across 20 dimensions. Using advanced algorithms, it identifies potential based on the current state, desired state, and level of capability, while also highlighting leverage points and next steps.

The focus is on guiding this transformation in a data-driven, human-centered, and planet-conscious way.
